Smoothie recipe with ginger

Here is a recipe for a smoothie with ginger:

Ingredients:

1 banana
1/2 cup chopped mango (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup greek yogurt or plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
1/2 cup milk (regular or vegetable)
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (to taste)
Ice (optional)

Instructions:

Put the banana and sliced mango in a blender.
Add Greek yogurt, fresh grated ginger and milk.
If you want the smoothie to be sweet, add honey or maple syrup.
If desired, add ice to cool the drink.
Close the blender with a lid and whisk all the ingredients until a smooth texture is obtained.
Check the taste and, if necessary, adjust the sweetness or add more ginger.

Useful properties:
Milk - contains calcium.
Ginger - helps strengthen joints.
